The government is in the process of preparing a new list of Chinese mobile applications that will be banned very soon. Sources said as there is no comprehensive list of Chinese apps that can be banned in one go, the approved process is to track apps that find traction in app stores and are downloading more. Once this is done, strict monitoring is done and measures are taken.
There are some applications, which, despite being banned, reappear through proxies and, therefore, constant monitoring should be done.
The government strategy is clear. By stopping more and more Chinese applications at regular intervals and then providing them with the way to present their case before an inter-ministerial panel, the pace of bans would be well ahead of the correction mechanism process.
For example, on November 24, the government banned a new set of 43 Chinese mobile applications, including Alibaba Workbench, CamCard, and a host of meeting applications, invoking Section 69A of the Information Technology Act, which empowers it to block applications / content that are engaged in activities that violate the sovereignty and integrity of the country, its protection, state security and public order.
This is the fourth government instance banning Chinese applications since the India-China border clash erupted. The government first banned 59 applications, including TikTok, WeChat, etc., on June 29, followed by another set of 47 applications in July, which were representatives of banned applications. On September 2, it banned 118 Chinese mobile apps, which included the popular PUBG gaming platform as well as Baidu, which is the largest search engine provider in Chinas.
Overall, about 267 applications have been banned since June, but the correction mechanism for the first set has never ended.
In the case of application bans, the law is such that the government does not need to first send a notice to interested companies and wait for their responses. Interested companies also can not apply to the courts for any temporary relief. FE

The car insurance industry hasn't remained untouched by these changes. On the internet, drivers can compare insurance prices and find out which sellers have the best offers. View photos The advantages of comparing online car insurance quotes are the following: Online quotes can be obtained from anywhere and at any time. Unlike physical insurance agencies, websites don't have a specific schedule and they are available at any time. Drivers that have busy working schedules, can compare quotes from anywhere and at any time, even at midnight. Multiple choices. Almost all insurance providers, no matter if they are well-known brands or just local insurers, have an online presence. Online quotes will allow policyholders the chance to discover multiple insurance companies and check their prices. Drivers are no longer required to get quotes from just a few known insurance companies. Also, local and regional insurers can provide lower insurance rates for the same services. Accurate insurance estimates. Online quotes can only be accurate if the customers provide accurate and real info about their car models and driving history. Lying about past driving incidents can make the price estimates to be lower, but when dealing with an insurance company lying to them is useless. Usually, insurance companies will do research about a potential customer before granting him coverage. Online quotes can be sorted easily. Although drivers are recommended to not choose a policy just based on its price, drivers can easily sort quotes by insurance price. Using brokerage websites will allow drivers to get quotes from multiple insurers, thus making the comparison faster and easier.
