Scotstoun sports campus closed due to coronavirus

One of Glasgow's largest leisure complexes has temporarily closed after a Scottish rugby player has tested positive for coronavirus.
The Scotstoun sports campus did not open on Saturday after the team trained at its stadium on Friday.
Scottish women The Six Nations match against France was also canceled.
Users of sports centers have been informed that "appropriate clean-up measures" are underway and that they will reopen when public health experts say it is safe.
A spokesperson for Glasgow Life, which runs the facility, said: "An individual who used the Scotstoun stadium has been identified as having coronavirus.
"As a result, we have temporarily closed the Scotstoun sports campus and will take appropriate action in the interest of all who use the site."
Scottish Rugby said the player was being treated in a health facility but that he was "otherwise fine".
Seven game and management staff from Scotland are isolated.
The match was scheduled to take place on Saturday at Scotstoun Stadium.

In an email from Glasgow Life, families were informed that the decision to temporarily close the facility was made in the "interests of the safety of staff and the public".
"In collaboration with and on the advice of the appropriate public health agencies, we will reopen when it is deemed safe," he added.
"The safety of everyone who uses or works at Scotstoun is our top priority and it will remain closed while we take appropriate cleaning action.
"It will only reopen when the appropriate public health agencies deem it safe."
The Scotstoun sports campus also houses the National Badminton Center and the Scotstoun squash center.
