After six consecutive days without new cases, the state announced one new case in Manitoba on Monday.

The State of Manitoba announced in a daily bulletin on Monday that it confirmed one new COVID-19 in the state as of 9:30 am. Currently, the total number of cases in the state is 290.

Currently, one person is infected with the virus and no one is receiving intensive care. There were 26 active cases and 257 recovered.

The state said the death toll associated with COVID-19 remains at seven.

On Sunday, 487 COVID-19 tests were conducted. This brings the total number of tests run since early February to 35,200.
