Human mini-liver paves the way for bespoke organ transplants

How to grow your liver — First, Sotoguetieres and his team took skin cell samples from a group of human participants. These human skin cells were then reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using various transcription factors.
