Covid-19 vaccination: India has so far administered a total dose of over Rs 18.12 billion
According to data from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India has been given more than Rs 18.12 billion in the Covid-19 vaccine so far.
According to official data, as of 7 am (March 20) today, the total dose of vaccines inoculated so far in the country was 1,81,21,11,675.
This included a total of 91,18,45,820 initial doses given to the population over the age of 18 and a total of 78,51,10,516 second doses given to beneficiaries aged 15-18 years. Includes a total of 5,62,03,581 doses for a total of second doses. A total of 17,36,464 doses given to beneficiaries aged 12-14 years and 2,17,33,502 prophylaxis doses so far.
The country has administered a total dose of 15,34,444 times in the last 24 hours.
Of these, 85,801 were the first dose and 6,77,880 were the second dose given to beneficiaries aged 18 years and older. Beneficiaries aged 15-18 years received 34,814 first doses and 1,34,778 second doses. 5,29,268 doses were given to cohorts aged 12-14 years in the last 24 hours. 71,903 prophylaxiss have been given in the last 24 hours.
Uttar Pradesh received the highest total dose overall, with 29,60,79,784 doses. This is followed by Maharashtra with 15,84,59,092 doses and West Bengal with 13,26,84,659 doses.
Covid-19 Number of cases
The number of active Covid-19 cases in India is 26,240. The country has recorded 2,528 new cases in the last 24 hours.
The country has recorded 3,196 recovery in the last 24 hours, total recovery has increased to 4,24,65,122, casualties have reached 126 and deaths have reached 5,16,479.
