Hepatitis in Child Outbreaks: Warning to Colorado Physicians

In the United States, adenovirus is detected in half of the cases, but “I don’t know if it’s the cause,” Butler said.
There are dozens of adenoviruses, many of which are associated with cold-like symptoms, fever, sore throat, and pink eyes. However, some versions can cause other problems, such as inflammation of the stomach and intestines.
