Mackinac, Michigan (WLUC)-The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has moved Mackinac County to a community-level classification of COVID-19 infection and high-risk transmission. In Mackinac County, cases of COVID-19 have increased by 54% in the last two weeks.
The CDC recommends that all community members wear safe, filterable face masks when they are indoors in public and when they are close to others during high-risk infections. increase. This recommendation was made as an effort to prevent the continued spread of COVID-19 in the community.
