Monkeypox identified in a patient at Massachusetts General Hospital
From Boston-Massachusetts health officials announced Wednesday that they had identified a case of monkeypox, the first case of a rare virus identified in the United States in 2022.
The Public Health Service said the infection was found in an adult man who recently traveled to Canada. They say the incident does not pose a danger to the general public.
