In a recently published study Human Factors: The Journal of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, Nima Ahmadi, a lecturer in the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and researchers at the Houston Methodist Outcome Research Center have joined forces in eye tracking and physiological monitoring techniques to investigate the cognitive load and visual search of stressed nurses.
