Homemade frozen yogurt pop with peach
- Frozen unsweetened peach slices in a 16 oz package, thawed, split use
- 1 cup of fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Add 1 1/2 cups of peach, yogurt and honey to the bowl of the food processor. Process for about 1 minute or until the mixture is pure. (You can also put the ingredients in a large bowl and puree using an immersion blender.)
Transfer the puree to a bowl with a spout or a large liquid measuring cup. Cut the remaining peach into bite-sized pieces. Stir in puree with the liquid from the package.
Pour the mixture into ice candy molds, filling each to almost the top. Freeze overnight.
When serving, keep the popsicles in warm running water to loosen the popsicles.
Tip: Do you have a popsicle mold or stick? Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray. Cover with wrap. Push the toothpick from the wrap into the center of each cube. When the cube freezes, remove the wrap to make a bite-sized popsicle.
