SF prison inmate with suspected monkeypox tests negative

On Friday, the sheriff’s office said the first suspected case would be reported and appropriate isolation protocols and other quarantine measures would be put in place. As of Wednesday, officials said there were no suspected or confirmed cases of monkeypox within the prison population.
