Claire Holt suffered postnatal anxiety after the birth of his first child.

The “Vampire Diaries” star is now pregnant with a second child, but she really struggled after welcoming her son James for 15 months.

She wrote in an Instagram story:

“Breastfeeding was incredibly difficult, he suffered from a milk protein allergy, which he was thankfully born from, his sleep was almost nonexistent and I was very overwhelmed.

“I had a friend with my baby, and I was very grateful for their advice, but I’m sure I didn’t want to call at 2am or text an endless list of issues.”
