Sacramento County sets another record every day COVID-19 increases, over 4,000 – Good Day Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento County recorded another daily coronavirus record, with an additional 333 cases reported since Friday.
The county now reported a total of 4,004 cases in the course of the pandemic as of Saturday. The largest daily increase previously occurred on Monday when the county reported an additional 228 cases.
According to the COVID-19 stats on the county’s website, 128 positive cases are currently hospitalized, and the ICU has 34 patients.

According to county data as of 30 June, a total of 102,833 specimens were tested with a 3.1% positive rate. The same data show that over the last 7 days until June 30, approximately 15,972 specimens were tested with a positive rate of 5.3%.
Overall, California reported more than 251,000 positive cases as of Saturday, and the United States reported more than 2,836,000 cases
