Michigan adds monkeypox cases in four counties as spread eases
Michigan confirmed 21 new monkeypox infections last week as the spread of the virus appears to be easing statewide.
Additional cases included 13 in Wayne County, 4 in Oakland, 2 in Macomb, and 2 in Genesee, bringing the statewide known cases to 279. For context, we saw an increase of 34 cases last week.
