SARS-CoV-2 persistent symptoms by antibody status
Long-term symptoms associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the US unhospitalized pediatric population are poorly characterized. The purpose of this study was to compare the presence of chronic symptoms of COVID in children with and without severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) antibody status. The Texas Coronavirus Antibody Response Survey is a statewide, population-based, prospective study that collected data from people aged 5 to her 90 between October 2020 and her May 2022.
