New York Health Department sprays mosquitoes in Queens
Queens, NY-To reduce mosquito activity and the risk of the West Nile virus, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Health is committed to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Wednesday to Friday, July 8 from 6am to 8pm. Staten Island.

- Remove all standing water from your property and dispose of a container that can collect water. Stopping water is a violation of the New York City Health Law.
- Make sure the gutter is clean and drained properly.
- Clean and chlorinate your swimming pool, outdoor sauna and hot tub. Empty or cover when not in use. Drain water collected on the pool cover.
