Women feel anxiety and stress for nearly two hours a day
Women spend almost the entire month of their year of concern-and more than half said it’s affecting their health.
In a study of 2,000 adults, women spent an average of 2 hours a day feeling worried and stressed, with two-thirds of this time feeling anxious about others, not themselves.
By comparison, men admit that they worry about every day for an hour and a half, and that one-tenth do not spend that time thinking about others.
