Kentucky on track for worst flu season in decade
Kentucky is well on its way to its worst flu season in at least a decade, Gov. Andy Beshear reported six flu-related childhood deaths on Monday, as health officials warn. According to the Public Health Service, children who have died during the current flu season have not been vaccinated against the flu. “This is a milestone we don’t want to cross, and our prayers go out to each of these families mourning the loss of a loved one,” Beshear said.
