Boston (WWLP) – A new strain of antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea has been identified in Massachusetts, health officials said Thursday.
According to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), the strain was the first in the United States to be found resistant to five classes of antibiotics.
