Yuba County added to state COVID-19 watchlist

According to the California Department of Public Health, Yuba County was officially added to the state’s COVID-19 watchlist on Saturday. County officials said Wednesday that they expected them to be on the watch list later in the week. As of Friday, the county reported 552 coronavirus cases and 7 virus-related deaths. They also reported 23 COVID-19 patients hospitalized.
