Breakdown of coronavirus cases in children in Orange County by age group

Florida’s most prevalent childhood counties include Miami Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, with high prevalence cases overall.
According to the state, five children have died in Florida after March from complications of the coronavirus. The youngest dead was a 9-year-old girl from Putnam County. According to his family, he died on July 17.

Pino urged parents to make sure their children were fully vaccinated before the start of the school year.
“Your children need to be vaccinated before they go to school, or they can’t enter school,” Pino said.

According to Pino, 1,800 children have been vaccinated in the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee, where free tests are being conducted but health officials are witnessing lower bookings.
