“There's going to be a lot of lifestyle advancement here,” Dr. Kumar said. “Pollen peaks at noon. It starts early in the morning and peaks at noon. So choose the time you go out wisely. Avoid exercising outdoors. If you're outdoors, pollen can get on everything. Please be aware of what you are doing.”
