“In the week between Norma’s funeral and his partner’s funeral, Scott seemed to get worse every day and they were running out of options. We had to make a decision about stopping his life support. There was a chance that it couldn’t happen,” said Charlene, according to the BBC.

The same staff member who helped Miller was with her mother on her last day.

“The hospital staff were really great,” Miller said. “A few nurses who treated me were with my mother when she died. Every part of the NHS was great.”

Miller warns against viruses and warns not to be self-sufficient.
