National HIV Testing Day in Rockford aims to fight stigma
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – June 27 is National HIV Testing Day, but this year is much different than years ago when HIV and AIDS dominated the news almost weekly.
Although organizations across the state offer free HIV testing, the virus remains stigmatized and stigmatized, and the purpose of National HIV Testing Day is to encourage sexually active people to get tested for the virus.
