A young mum died when she was invited by a sick school friend who forged a baby shower before she separated her newborn from her body.
Flavia Godinho Mafra, 24 Brazil Last Friday, her husband died in the state of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil, and her baby was found missing.

An autopsy confirmed that a 36-week pregnant flavia died of abdominal cuts and brick injuries.
A school friend’s partner admitted that he had attacked Flavia with a brick in an attempt to kill her.
Police admitted that a friend had a miscarriage last year and was obsessed with the idea of stealing a child.
Working as an alternate teacher, Flavia was seduced into an undisclosed place in Canerinha and convinced her school friends and their partners had prepared a baby shower for her.
However, she was hit on the head with a brick and torn her baby from her body in a dreadful attack.

The couple then took the baby to a local hospital where he was arrested.
