If you want to start a healthy diet, know that you should eat seasonal foods locally in your area and are traditionally eaten by your family. Eating traditional foods of the local season will ensure dietary diversity and ensure optimal nutrition.
2. Practice of partial control
Even if you start eating healthy, you can eat all your favorite foods. It is important to always practice partial control.
