Dr. McCulley warns of the surge in Labor Day Coronavirus: “We need to be very careful”
Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marty McCurry urged the country to take precautions Worker weekend, Warning of increased coronavirus infection after the US saw a significant surge following Memorial Day and July 4.
“I’ve seen good news about the coronavirus,” said McCulley in an interview with John Scott at Fox News on Sunday, “but I can’t celebrate the victory yet.”

McCulley’s warning comes after Dr. Anthony Forch He urged seven states in the Midwest to take special precautions on holiday weekends, citing outbreaks following previous summer holidays.
“There are a number of states at high risk: North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Arkansas, Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois,” Fochi told Bloomberg News last week. “In these states, the test’s positive rate is starting to increase. This usually predicts that problems will occur.”
Fauci has previously said that Labor Day will be a “key point” in predicting the severity of a virus outbreak throughout the fall.

“We aren’t too keen on the potential collisions when the flu strikes this fall,” McCulley said, reflecting Forch’s concerns.
“So I urge people to continue doing what they can to take precautions,” he stressed. “We need to be very careful.”
