Orange County remains in a less restrictive resumption phase than most SoCals
While much of California continues to face major closures over pandemics, Orange County is at a less restrictive stage in its reopening plans than most of Southern California.
On Thursday, the county’s Department of Health recorded four more deaths and 140 cases of COVID-19 patients. A total of 51,399 cases of virus have been reported, killing 1,115 patients.
