Second British blockade? UK COVID-19 cases increased by 6,000 per day
London (Reuters)-The UK is considering whether to impose a second national blockade on Friday, with hospitalizations increasing after new COVID-19 cases nearly doubled to 6,000 per day, in northern England and London. The infection rate has skyrocketed in some areas.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been criticized by opposition politicians for his first response to the outbreak, and the government has been struggling to ensure adequate inspections in recent weeks.
Hancock was asked by LBC Radio why the test system was such a “shuraba,” and Didharding, who is in charge of the system, said he had done an “extraordinary job.”
