Nashua City Hall closes, citing more positive cases
Concord, New Hampshire (AP) — Two positive COVID-19 cases have been identified at Nashua City Hall, with a total of six staff and news that the City Hall will be closed for two weeks.
The city hall will be closed from Monday, September 21st to Monday, October 5th. Basic services such as car, city clerk, and tax office transactions will continue to be available by phone, email, and dropbox.
Mayor Jim Donchez of Nashua said last week that he tested positive for the coronavirus. He said he wasn’t in an extreme mood.
“City leaders are currently working with Nashua’s Public Health and Community Services Department on health and safety protocols and sharing information with City Hall employees to support the well-being of all,” said Donches.
