Bay Area sees first case of influenza in COVID-19 pandemic
Bay Area, California — Governor Gavin Newsom calls the combination of the upcoming flu season and the COVID-19 pandemic a “cold.” And it may arrive earlier than the authorities predicted.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported on Sunday that hospitals in the Bay Area had already reported some of the first confirmed cases of influenza in the area.
