Lorain County epidemiologist explains coronavirus contact tracking process

Dandurand, an epidemiologist at the Lorain County Health Department, explained at a briefing on Tuesday by Governor Mike DeWine how coronavirus contact tracking works. Dandurand explains that the process of tracking a virus epidemic generally begins on the phone.

People who may have been exposed to an infected person will be contacted by another contact tracer to track the potential for the spread of the infection.
