Coronavirus: Approximately 600 people may have been exposed after three employees tested positive in Toronto’s bar test-Toronto
Toronto’s Public Health (TPH) says about 600 people may have been exposed to the novel Coronavirus After three staff members of the bar test positive.
In a news release issued Sunday, officials said the possible exposure period was from September 13th to 22nd, a regular bar on King Street near Bathurst Street.
Authorities said they had contacted all known close contacts of individuals who tested positive. Those who are not contacted are considered low risk.

“TPH estimates that there were about 600 people at the venue during this period,” the news release read.

“As a precautionary measure, TPH requires all members of the regular bar association between September 13 and September 22 to monitor COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days after their visit.”
Authorities said they should contact TPH, go to the COVID-19 test, and self-isolate if someone develops symptoms.
Health officials thanked the regular bar owners for working with them through their investigation.
