WilCo health officials urge residents to be vaccinated against the flu
Williamson County, Texas — Prior to the flu season, county officials are urging residents to be vaccinated to protect themselves and their families, officials said Wednesday.
To that end, Williamson County and the Urban Health District are encouraging residents over the age of six months to be vaccinated. The urgency of advice is increasing given the reduced use of preventive health services in the light of home and shelter orders that keep residents primarily at home to slow the spread of the disease.
