Stars like Kim Kardashian and Huma Kreshi often talked about the diet and how it affected them. Keto, along with its fans, has also found its own share of slanders. There are many experts who are not convinced of the diet approach. Keto diets require a significant reduction in carbohydrate intake and training of the body to rely on energy for fat. This allows you to burn more fat.
