Four COVID-19-related deaths reported in Stearns County | COVID19
(St. Cloud MN-) Minnesota suffered the most COVID-19-related deaths of the day at age 35 yesterday, according to figures released Wednesday by the Minnesota Department of Health. This corresponds to the same mark from May 28th. The number of deaths from the state pandemic is 2,281. And in Stearns County, the number of deaths has increased for four consecutive days, with four more deaths recorded this time. As a result, 40 coronaviruses have died in Stearns County this year.
MDH on Wednesday reported an additional 1082 cases of COVID-19, bringing the state to a total of 126,591 cases. Of that number, 113,158 have recovered. The results of 15,500 tests have been revealed.
Locally, Stearns County reported an additional 42 cases, Kandiyohi County reported 30 cases, and the county totaled 1600 cases. There were 7 cases in Chippewa, 3 cases in Renville, 1 case in Meeker, and 0 additional cases in Swift and Pope counties.
