Bethany Nesbitt’s family, who major in psychology at Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, says she was quarantined for 10 days before she died. Pulmonary embolism, This is usually caused by a blood clot in the lungs.

Nesbitt’s family said they were first tested for the virus on October 22, after the symptoms appeared, but did not get results due to a clerical error. Later that week, she noticed that her level had dropped, so she went to the hospital to make sure everything was ok. There, the doctor told her that she was very likely to have COVID-19-but that didn’t seem to be a serious case, so she returned to her dorm.
At first she felt better. On October 28, she became a family member heat Was gone and her oxygen levels were back to normal. But then things changed. She died two days later, almost a week after the onset of symptoms.
