Palmer grants series of charges in Magistrate’s Court of Peterborough
A man who ignored the rules of social distance to drink with friends was jailed for assaulting his wife after his wife challenged its behavior.
Mark Palmer, 55, invited his friend to his home in Cambridge, and his wife went shopping on April 1.
