Pasadena suspends permits to four restaurants for violating COVID protocol
According to Pasadena spokeswoman Lisa Darderian, restaurants need to have their kitchens completely closed, scheduled hearings, inspected, and then able to resume all types of meals, including takeaways and deliveries.
