NS reports four new COVID-19 cases.New elementary school based case

Halifax-Nova Scotia reported four new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, bringing the total number of active cases to 88.

All new cases are in the central zone. Three cases are under investigation, one is school-based, and one is related to a trip outside the Atlantic Canada and is self-isolating.

The number of new cases on Saturday and Sunday was low in contrast to the previous weekend, and Nova Scotia’s Prime Minister Stephen McNeil thanked him.

New school-based case

On Sunday night, the state announced that a school-based case of COVID-19 was confirmed on Sunday.

COVID ALERT APP

The Canadian COVID-19 Alert App is available in Nova Scotia.

Travelers must self-isolate by themselves, away from others. If you cannot quarantine alone, the entire household must also be quarantined for 14 days.

Residents of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador do not need to be quarantined when traveling to Nova Scotia, but must be prepared to prove that they live on the border. ..

Visitors from outside the Atlantic region who have already been self-isolated for 14 days in another Atlantic state can travel to Nova Scotia without self-isolating again.
