Regional breakdown of Lincolnshire coronavirus due to increased deaths
The latest daily figures released on Tuesday (8th December) report 10 more coronavirus-related deaths in Lincolnshire.
The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust reported five deaths, while the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust killed another five.
According to UK Public Health Service data on cases across Lincolnshire, an additional 173 Covid cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours, for a total of 18,695 cases since the outbreak of the pandemic.
The new breakdown shows that there are 37 new cases in both Lincoln and West Lindsey.
As of Tuesday, the government said an additional 616 people had died within 28 days of the Covid-19-positive test, bringing the UK to a total of 62,033.
The government also said that as of 9 am on Tuesday, there were another 12,282 cases of coronavirus confirmed in the UK.
