Richland County has one new 49 active COVID-19 cases on Sunday | Coronavirus
In Richland County, North Dakota, there were no new deaths from COVID-19 on Sunday, December 27, with one new and 49 active cases confirmed.
As of noon on Sunday, the North Dakota Department of Health had not updated information on active cases in all 53 counties. In a recent COVID-19 update, Richland County is consistently ranked 10th in active cases throughout the state.
North Dakota has identified 110 new COVID-19 cases across the state, down from 133 new cases identified on Saturday, December 26. Of the 111 inpatients confirmed on Saturday, a total of 106 are currently admitted with COVID-19.
Two new or recent COVID-19 or related deaths were confirmed on Sunday, with a cumulative total of 1,266 to date in North Dakota. The deceased includes a woman in her 80s from Burleigh County and a man in her 90s from Ward County.
The five counties that reported the maximum amount of new COVID-19 cases on Sunday include Cass County, 38 cases. Burleigh County, 18 cases; Grand Forks County and Ward County, 7 cases each. And Rolette County, 5 cases.
