El Paso County, Corona – The El Paso County Public Health Service has announced the launch of a new vaccine web page that provides access to timely, relevant and reliable information on access to the COVID-19 vaccine.
The· “How can I get the vaccine?” This page provides contact information for vaccine providers, eligibility and timeline details, advice on how to stay safe for the duration of the vaccination process, and information on reporting adverse events. The general public can also access the hotline information if they have additional questions.
Providing vaccines to everyone takes time and is based on the availability of vaccines.
“We understand the community excitement about vaccine deployment and the turmoil surrounding gradual distribution,” said Dr. Robin Johnson, director of public health and health care at El Paso County. “Our institution’s goal is to clarify when and how individuals can be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine and to ensure a timely and organized vaccination program.”
