Mayor Announces Mobile Vaccination Program for Areas with Highest COVID-19 Incidence – NBC Los Angeles
Mayor Eric Garcetti announced a mobile vaccination program on Wednesday aimed at immunizing the areas with the highest viral and coronavirus-related mortality rates with the COVID-19 vaccine.
The program began Tuesday in the district of Marquise Harris Dawson, a city council member, in southern Los Angeles, according to Garsetti.
“The mobile clinic program has begun delivering the vaccine directly to the community to older people who need to get this vaccine but cannot always walk or drive to the vaccination center,” Garsetti said. I am.
