For me, who has been in therapy for a long time, I can say that there are really no correct or incorrect answers. Of course, that’s probably not what you want to hear. 2. Talk about how to proceed with the conversation

When my current therapist first prolonged the silence to my liking, someone else asked me to do my best when asking questions and setting the agenda. I had a more direct relationship with her than my friends and colleagues. This is mainly because I pay her for the service, which is expensive. Therapy is your time. It’s best to tell the therapist what you want, as sitting silently or speaking for an hour doesn’t really matter to the therapist.

My therapist told me that she wasn’t the most questioner, and I basically said “too bad, so sad” (but you know, in other words). She wasn’t saying no, she was telling me how she worked. If I’m new to healing games, it’s probably something like “OMG, no problem. Tell me how I can be the best treated patient.” But that doesn’t really work.

You must literally tell them what you want from the relationship. And first, part of the treatment process really understands what it is.
