1,316 new COVID-19 cases and 46 additional deaths reported in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Public Health Service reported an additional 1,316 confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the state-wide total to 539,644 since the outbreak of the pandemic. Now 15,508. As of Sunday, a total of 1,686,160 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were shipped to the state, of which 1,413,889 (83.9%) were administered. So far, 389,087 people have received both doses in Massachusetts.
