Spartan Nash Hosts COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for 16 and 17 Years
Grand Rapids, Michigan — Due to the recent surge in positive rates for teenagers in western Michigan, Spartan Nash will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic next week exclusively for ages 16 and 17.
The clinic will be held on Tuesday, April 19th at 5221 Cherry Ave. It will be held in Hudson Building from 3 pm to 8 pm to accommodate class schedules and after-school activities.
They use the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. This is because it is the only vaccine currently approved for individuals aged 16 and 17 years. This is a two-shot regimen given every 21 days.
