Another Massachusetts community is easing orders for outdoor masks. The Salem Health Commission has unanimously passed the withdrawal of face cover requirements to comply with the new state guidelines. Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker lifted state-wide requirements on April 30 to allow individuals to uncover their faces outdoors or when away from other groups of people. Brookline’s largest community, one in Massachusetts, maintains its outdoor face mask obligation for another two weeks to reserve time for public education. Brookline needs a face cover outdoors until at least May 21st.
