Baton Rouge-Louisiana has received 19,462 COVID vaccines in the last few days.
According to the Louisiana Department of Health, 1,591,298 people across the state have received at least the first dose of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
According to the state, 1,393,530 people are fully vaccinated. This is more than 29 percent of the state’s population.
As of Thursday, Louisiana received a total of 2,884,452 doses.
