The treatment is almost over, but doctors are worried that the cancer may come back. An neuroblastoma vaccine is available, but only at a hospital trial in New York City in August of this year.
Liam’s parents, Claire and Michael, have to raise £ 232,000 to go to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where the trial is being held.

Claire Scott said: “The goal is to protect the body and prevent the cancer from recurring because the cancer he has has a high recurrence rate. They say it’s hard to get rid of.”
Mr. Scott is planning a fundraising activity that attracts attention, Coronavirus Blockade.
She added: “As a parent I only want him to fly that plane.
“Unfortunately, all marathons and races we did in the pipeline were postponed because of the coronavirus.”
Liam was diagnosed the day before Scott gave birth to his sister, Kylie.
His treatments, including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation and immunotherapy, were traumatic, his parents said, and lasted several months.
Scott further added: “He’s in great distress. As a parent, you can’t even explain your feelings because you want to be a parent. You want to get rid of them all, nothing you can do.”

Already funded by supporters, more than £ 30,000 were raised at the time of issuance.
Former Dagenham and Red Bridge football player is also helping.
